My foundation is twenty years of executive coaching, management consulting and senior leadership roles across North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, specializing in developing leaders and creating transformational workplaces within technology companies and global organizations. I've led post-merger culture transformations that delivered $3.5M+ in annual savings and developed award-winning learning academies that transformed entire organizations.
I've coached senior leaders from Netflix, Rolls Royce, Sony, and many other companies through their most pivotal transitions, both in corporate settings and as they contemplated major life changes. Fully aligned with the generative AI era, I've pioneered frameworks applying Gen AI to enhance organizational effectiveness and leadership impact, publishing over 65 articles, developing proprietary methodologies, and speaking on these transformational topics.
Spiritual Training & Transformational Mastery
My spiritual foundation began with Buddhism in my early twenties where I was learning and teaching and has deepened through decades of study with masters like Deepak Chopra, Jo Dispenza, Regan Hillyer, and Native shamanic teachers. I've immersed myself in transformational modalities from quantum physics retreats to Mindvalley's elite programs, from manifestation mastery to energy work with Daphne Michaels.
My training in Internal Family Systems and the Neuroscience of Change provides precise tools for understanding how the psyche organizes itself and how lasting transformation occurs. This isn't academic knowledge but lived wisdom forged through my own journey of awakening and integration - enabling me to support creatives who need both artistic authenticity and spiritual grounding, entrepreneurs seeking purpose-driven success, and business leaders ready to lead from their highest consciousness rather than just their strategic minds.
Embodiment & Sacred Practices
I've explored the full spectrum of embodied transformation—from 5Rhythms and Ecstatic Dance to deepening intimacy work through Human Awareness Institute workshops. Sacred ayahuasca ceremonies have taken me into profound healing and expansion, teaching me to navigate the mysteries of consciousness with reverence and courage. These practices have shown me that true transformation happens not just in the mind, but through the entire being—body, heart, and spirit working in harmony.
Lived Wisdom & Creative Expression
Having navigated financial implosion, depression, anxiety, and the heartbreak of intercontinental separation from my daughter, I understand intimately how life's greatest challenges become our most profound teachers. This allows me to genuinely hold sacred ground for my clients no matter how messy their life appears or how exponentially big their dreams are. As a published children's book author who's performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and is currently writing a memoir destined for film by 2029, I understand the creative journey intimately.
